Charless Pollard (pronounced: Char-less) is the firm's Relationship Manager. In her role, Charless is the essential point of contact for all clients and will manage and oversee the implementation of the firm's service deliverables. Working in concert with the firm's various internal and external professionals, she ensures the services provided by the firm are delivered in the most effective, consistent and beneficial way for the institutions and multi-generational families we serve.

Ms. Pollard spent time in both the biotechnology and ultra high-end residential real estate industries, specifically in within the fields of sales and marketing. During this time she honed her high-touch marketing and client service skills; skills she now applies to our clients in her Relationship Manager role.

Originally from Fairview, Texas, Charless grew up as the oldest of three siblings and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University. In her non-professional life, Charless serves as an executive board member of a non-profit foundation and has spent time as a local chapter president of a national charitable organization that focuses on supporting the health, education, housing and community needs of children, families, senior citizens, people with disabilities, and our nation's veterans.
