Annelyse Frugoni is the firm’s Chief Financial Officer overseeing the firm's internal and external accounting personnel. She is responsible for the company's financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and various special analyses. Annelyse also acts as the firm’s Director of Human Resources overseeing and managing the firm and its employee’s adherence to business regulatory requirements, as well as employment practice standards and labor law requirements.

Mrs. Frugoni spent ten years in the human resources and recruiting industry. Most notably she served as Regional Manager with a professional staffing firm overseeing the recruiting and employment practices of her company’s Fortune 500 client base.

Mrs. Frugoni earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. In her non-professional life, Annelyse volunteers much of her free time to her two children and their schools while also supporting causes near and dear to her heart such as local community theater arts program, educational funding programs, community outreach services and programs for those with special needs. Annelyse is married, has two children, is a lifetime resident of Houston, a voracious reader and enjoys a good glass of wine with family and friends.
